Applied through a recruitment agency. Started a phone interview followed by a F2F interview with the help desk manager and the technical engineer. Nothing was too challenging - We got along well and had a few laughs.

Phone interview with requiter followed by face-face with HR and Service manager discussing various things about myself and current position. The process took about 45 minutes covering basic competency questions with HR manger followed by questions on thing related to my job applied for. I found the place very small and will not progress easily. Also i never received any feedback from requiter or company

Interview
Well, good questions and responded well to my questions with full and honest answers. First I had the personal interview to see what my personality was like and if I would be a good fit for the team. Then I had a technical interview to assess my skills and competence.
