The interview was a phone interview followed by an in person interview. The phone interview was with the Director of maintenance and HR. Basic questions were asked. Interview lasted 30 minutes

A very casual panel interview with representatives from Purchasing, Finance, and HR. Basic questions. Conducted in a very nice conference room. Was shown the facility before the interview, and had to walk through a great deal of the facility before I was shown the room for the interview

Can you give us a copy of your application? The application was about 6 pages long and included personal information like SS# and birthdate. Honestly, I wanted to see if I liked the people and the company before I handed that over. I said I would submit later (never did) and they were OK with that
