      Well respected company with a well known name

      Everything else - management is the worst but lack of growth, measly pay increases, and so so benefits just make it not worth

      Pros

      The Flight ops side is good work environment, the director of flight ops is very kind and just a good person to be around. Overall everyone who works in the department are good people and there is a sense of camaraderie.

      Can be a high stress environment at times but if you work hard you will be fine.

      While you are there you will get a paycheck.

      Cons

      Good-old boy's network. They will talk about the diverse inclusive company in front of staff that is mostly white men under the age of 50. They are self-insured so if you get too expensive to insure you are a target for termination.
