Challenging yet rewarding interview with questions requiring the star technique to pull on past experience and give examples of specific situations, however there was an informal aspect which was well appreciated and a very relaxed atmosphere

Interviewed in person in November, positive meeting with a final statement from them that outcome would be relayed by a call in a short time frame, but received no feedback at all post interview.

Disappointing experience - poor recruitment practice - conflict of interest. Interviewed by Business Manager and someone known to me (highlighted this immediately but interview went ahead). Interview went really well to the point that the questions were put aside as I was answering the majority during conversation. Couple of token questions asked at the end to ‘tick boxes’ for recruitment purposes. Again, answered well as I am more than qualified to do this role. Left interview feeling positive and was told that I would hear back no later than the end of the following week, but hopefully sooner… Nearly two weeks later I have heard nothing! I applied, prepared and interviewed for this job with all the right intentions. I accept I obviously wasn’t successful, but due to the lack of contact and feedback, I have no idea why?! Very poor practice for a company who’s business it is to get people into work.
