There's not really a formal interview, since they hire most anyone who wants to work. You've got to pass a simple safety test that doesn't require any studying. It's mostly common sense questions about not putting yourself or anyone else in danger.

non-existent. You show up and do the personality questionnaire on a computer. the whole process is one same day. Orientation and paperwork and then you are employed with the company.

No interview, but I had to take a really silly assessment that bans you for one year if you answer even one question wrong.
Questions that ask rather you consider self-defense skills important and if you don't say no they apparently consider it an indicator that you may fight on the job.
Why ask questions like these when you can just go by the person's background check?
