      It was a very positive experience for me, well structured and I was made to feel at ease throughout the thorough process and questioning. It consisted of 3 main stages, starting with a telephone screening call, a full interview (2 separate video calls with different people), then ending with a "trial day" which involved various activities with some of the wider team and lasted around 3.5 hours. As well as the company getting to know me, the process allowed me to find out a lot more about the organisation and its culture, this made me more and more excited about the opportunity to join the business to the point where I would have been extremely disappointed had I not been successful. 3 days into the new role and so far it is living up to everything that I had been told and more, the people are great, with a massive emphasis on working as a team and the induction process is fantastic with a well-structured roadmap and a wealth of learning materials to get immersed in straight away, along with plenty of offers of support from colleagues.
