I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Lynchburg, VA) in Mar 2016
Interview
I was referred through a JMO agency. I had a brief phone interview with the site director and human resources manager prior to taking a factory tour. After the tour, I interviewed with 6 different people.
Bland cold panel interview with canned questions that really felt like everyone was just going through the motions. Did not feel inspired to want to work there. They didn't feel like they wanted to be there, neither did I afterwards.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Miami, OK) in July 2015
Interview
Short, straight to the point. Situational questions. Mainly focused of pervious work experience and tasks. Multiple interviews which made it kind of intimidating. Long hiring process, did at least 3 phone interviews and a face to face interview. I felt it was a little excessive.
