I attended a career fair at my college and got an interview on campus with two employees. I got it by speaking to campus reps at the career fair and filling out a screening document. No further interview.
They gave me a standard interview with the basic questions. Such as what I would do in a difficult situation. Or how would I react to a conflicting opinion on. a project.
