First you have an interview with HR. After this you pass through the first filter with the manager team leaders and after to a Panel interview with Directors. The process is currently adjusting so it might take longer than it took to me 2 years ago.

The interview was a total of 4 hours and each person on the team was involved in the interview process, it was helpful to research about the company and position prior to the interview, a must know is the skills requires on the job I.E if in R&D analytics
