I applied through university. I interviewed at PepsiCo
Interview
I had a phone-interview with two people. It was a set of mostly behavioral questions. They also wanted answers to be in STAR - situation, task, action, result - format. The people I talked to were very pleasant and patient as I took a bit of time thinking what to say for each question. Mainly, the questions were asking about management type responsibilities.
