Interview
Applied multiple times to the same position through their open position email notification system, had one interview over the phone with a talent acquisition specialist and then one in person with the manager alone and was basically hired on the spot.

I applied through university. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Coral Springs, FL)
Interview
Simple interview process with two rounds. The first round was a regular behavioral interview that revolved around their company pillars. The second round was a more personal interview with the site manager, where he wanted to understand my goals and what I would like to get out of a internship experience at PepsiCo
