I applied through university. I interviewed at PepsiCo
Interview
The interview process was two parts. The initial interview seemed based around making sure I would be a good fit with the company. There were many behavioral and personality type questions, such as how I dealt with certain scenarios, or what would I do if I experieneced something. I believe they wanted to make sure I was the employee they were looking for. The second round was the more technical interview. Based on my desired job selections, I was asked a series of questions around that discipline to ensure I had a base knowledge of the subject.

Question 1
Unexpected question about how I would handle a potentially ethically compromising situation. It was unexpected and it helped me understand that they value morals and honesty.
Technical and Behavioral interview, very straightforward, open ended questions. Interviewers were very personable and the process was very smooth. Unsure how many rounds of interviews there are, but first one was very clear cut

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at PepsiCo (New York, NY) in June 2016
Interview
It's a typical multiple-step process (phone with HR, onsite with hiring manager) but well organized and the individuals I interacted with were very pleasant and professional. The nice HR recruiter on the phone spoke enthusiastically about the company benefits. She arranged for an onsite interview with hiring manager, who was also very helpful and gave me a tour of the offices and a good overview of the position.
However, I was warned from the start that the interview process is long and they were not kidding!! Our interactions were relatively brief but spread out during several weeks. Unfortunately, after onsite interview, the only feedback I ever got was my candidate status on their career portal, where it changed from open to closed after several more weeks.
