Very simple. Two two person interviews. Asked behavioral questions went over benefits and hours. Also asked would I be okay with working with only one off day every 2 weeks.

Onsite interview , group exercise and Q&A session with relevant to production line in the food production industry. Interview questions are mainly based on efficiency, team works, good manufacturing practices etc
