The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Beltsville, MD) in July 2010
Interview
Applied online. Received a call to come in for a job overview meeting. Meeting was with 7 other candidates and there were more than one scheduled meeting, based on their sign in sheet at the receptionist's desk. They described positions, benefits, etc. and you filled out an application. I received a letter a few days later saying they weren't interested. However at the overview, they said the next step was an unpaid ride-a-long with one of their drivers. Then the interview with 3 people, followed by a background check and drug test (using hair samples). Process said to take 3-6 weeks
