      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Toronto, ON) in Oct 2021

      Interview

The interview process was great, had an informal tone and the interviewers were very kind and engaging. The questions asked were more about team dynamics rather than technical qualifications to see how you would fit in the company.

Talk about experiences you had that don't show up on your resume

      Application

The process took 1 day. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Pittsburgh, PA) in Oct 2010

      Interview

Seems like they are really people oriented, very business oriented, and very focused on filling their customers needs as opposed to making money. The interviewer was late to the interview and kept texting his customers during the interview. He was a sales manager, not a recruiter, which kind of seemed unfair as all of the other candidates for my position interviewed with a recruiter.

      Interview questions [2]

      Question 1

As a pepsi sales manager, what would you do if a customer isn't being cooperative with pepsi?
      Answer question

      Question 2

What would you do if a customer is complaining about your prices and you have no authority to change your prices?
