Mostly performed on line through the mypepsico site. The face to face interview takes only about 10 minutes before they tell you if you've gotten the job. Overall takes about 2 weeks from the first time they contact you to when you're hired.

Very lengthy process that you want to just give up on. But then you get an Interview And you are excited to have the opportunity to work for Pepsico. More things asked of you than any other company I'm familiar with. Keep your head up and respond to emails quickly. Do what is asked of you and your chance will come.

Long process interview was straight forward took about 3 months not told of full job description at interview I was told shift was based on an 8 hour day when in reality they give you a 12 hour route daily
