The initial meeting is 1:1 and will cover a very broad range of things. They will ask the standards about your past, present, and future. They also will ask a lot of questions to test your ability to think quickly and critically. The second interview will be at one of their main offices. This consists of a tour, resume presentation, mock sell, group interview, and problem solving example. They send you everything a few days before the meeting. The tour will be of the places they stock which is useful, but unexpected since you don't tour the facility. Make sure you have padding in your resume so you can discuss it for 5 minutes straight at least. The mock sell will consist of you trying to convince one of the employees to buy a product for their fake store. In my case the product was shirts, so don't assume it will be Pepsi. The group interview will be around 3-4 people who will ask you the same questions as interview one and then expand on the questions and throw in more difficult questions. The main thing they seemed to look for was critical thinking, ability to problem solve on the job, and relevant work experience. The problem solving example will be apart of the information they send to you before hand. You will be given a brief read out about different problems you receive simultaneously. The point is to see how you will handle each problem and in what order. The information is intentionally vague. What really helped me was I established if some missing information was one thing I would react differently than if it was another way. Don't be afraid to say you would find out information from someone else.
The people were very nice and it seems like a good environment.
