The process took 2 days. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Dallas, TX) in July 2009
Interview
Campus interview - then site interview meeting with 5 different managers - some talked more about the company and did not ask questions while others asked very technical questions or some philosophical questions regarding hourly employees. After job offer, there was a pretty good onboarding process that has since been abandoned. Today, it more or less - sink or swim. Limited onboarding, little formal training beyond technicians.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Sacramento, CA) in Jan 2023
Interview
Great process and easy to work through. They had different levels of interviews to help get to know the organization and if it will be a good cultural fit. Very organized overall however does take a long time in the process.
Very slow process, took weeks to get a reaction. Good experience overall. You will get invited for the first interview, which is most about deciding what kind of person you are and if you fit in the company. If that goes well you will get a second interview with different people and this time they are going to ask you more specific questions based on the function you applied to.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PepsiCo (Davis, CA) in June 2019
Interview
The interview process began with an interview at my college campus where to recruiters came and asked a series of questions. I then made it to the second interview on the site I would potentially be placed at.
