They are going to mislead you by calling for the final round with the partner instead they would have your first or second round face to face. Other applicants are there too because they have been searching for two months for the same position and exploring options which is not an issue just don't mislead people when you can't offer the salary they asked for and when you call them for the final round just so the candidate comes. How can you even join the company that tricks you into coming for the interview ? How can you trust them with the rest of the process ?
