The process took about a week. Applied online, they called back and gave an online test, then manager interview and HR interview. Tests included basic grammar test, editing few passages from chemistry journal, editing few paragraphs from fictional book.

One week interview process: On the first day (2 hour test) on grammar , editing passages from a research article, editing passages from a fictional book If selected, a face-to-face interview round with the HR was conducted.

Thanks for the information, we have Three levels of interview, 1. Assessment (technical sample test, a written assessment which inclusive of General aptitude 2. Panel Interview 3. HR interview and finally document verification before issuing the offer.
