Filipina interviewer is too lazy to conduct her personal interview or do follow-up to my previous employer. I already provided everything even and exact time to communicate to them, but it seems that my previous employer what her to adjust their time to communicate for her because it is out of her working time. I don't know how to arrange time with her as I have international previous employers.

Dos veces apliqué para un puesto en el área administrativa y me enviaron un enlace para llenar un formulario y luego completar algunos tests. Me tomó tiempo completarlos y debo decir que algunas preguntas eran demasiado personales y fuera de lugar, no me sentía cómoda contestando y otras pruebas en mi opinión nada que ver con el puesto que uno aplica pero a pesar de haberlos completado la empresa jamás se dignó en volver a comunicarse, esperaba por lo menos recibir un feedback o algún mensaje pero nada, fue toda una perdida de tiempo y te hace cuestionar si realmente están contratando ya que siempre veo que ponen anuncios de empleo y al final nada, no lo recomiendo.
