      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Periphery Digital in Oct 2023

      Interview

During the first interview, HR informed me that there would be a total of three stages, but in reality, there were four stages. The first stage was with HR, the second stage with the Design Manager, the third stage involved a Design Test, and the fourth stage was a conversation with the president. The total duration for these four stages was 20 days. They carefully reviewed candidates' profiles and asked questions related to past experiences and problem-solving. Note: In the fourth-stage interview, there were over five candidates. The result will come out after 12 working days. The interview process at this company was friendly, allowing for asking about professional matters or company culture, making it a positive interview experience.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

The questions in different stages: HR: Basic information, problem-solving, expected salary. Design Manager: Design-related professional questions, portfolio review. Design Test: The company provides cloud materials, and candidates complete the challenge within the given time according to the rules. President: Personality.

      Interview

      1) Chat/preliminary interview with HR, 2) Interview with the Art Director, 3) A two-part technical test (rich media & video), 4) Interview with the company President. All parties were very kind, quite a lengthy process, though.
