Interview
There were to be three separate rounds of interviews all conducted via Zoom due to COVID. Communication was prompt, clear, and detailed. They ended up calling me an hour before my second interview to announce they'd moved forward with another candidate, which I found very respectful of my time. They provided the questions for the second interview the morning which were the most thought-provoking interview questions I'd ever seen. You can tell they really care about WHO they are hiring and how they align with their mission and values. Seemed like it would have been a fantastic company to work for.

Question 1
Not verbatim, but they did want to know about experience with minority groups and the importance of diversity. They also really pressed into drawing out real life examples of experiences in former roles (both negative and positive).
