None at this time. While Perspectives mission, vision, and values look good on paper, currently there is zero commitment to advancing them in any way.
Cons
Perspectives leadership and BOD allow, condone, and perpetuate a toxic, divisive, and absusive work environment. A total lack of integrity, accountability, financial management, and the utterly detrimental ego of leadership have slowly and painfully eroded the viability of a once necessary provider of holistic services for women and children coming from homelessness and addiction. The culture is abysmal at best.

Toxic work culture, people leave positions within a year. Upper management and CEO do not adhere to change without threatening employees. Lack of leadership. Staff is not trauma informed, strength based nor do they believe in their clients. CEO is completely toxic
