I actually applied twice. After I didn't hear back from a manager the first time I went in person to the store and told the manager I had recently applied he said he would take a look at my application. As I waited I decided to reapply 2 weeks later and I got the call within 3 days of the second application. The interview was very straight forward and didn't take too long. The manager conducting the interview was nice. Questions were behavioral and asked why you applied for that certain position.

Manager contacted me by phone and asked me why I left my last job and when I would be available for an interview. The interview was the next day. I met with the manager and it was more of a conversation rather than an interview. I was offered a job on the spot, and then given a package to do a drug test at a nearby facility.
