Interview
Phone interview a week after applying online, interview with hiring manager and his assistant, then called the same day to interview with the manager the next day. Got the job and was required to get a drug test before I could sign anything.
Overall, very easy. Don't be afraid, they are usually very nice people who are open to people with no work experience as long as you have a history of helping people or animals. Dress business casual, smile a lot, back straight and just talk about yourself. Don't be cocky but don't sell yourself short and you'll be fine :)

Tell me about a time you had to follow a set of rules
Short and to the point in terms of how you handle situations and customers. Offer guidance in what they are looking for. Prior experience is not necessary but will always help.
It was a pretty retail interview experience. They talked about what working with pets and animals would be like and how to handle that, and also just things about retail in general.

Nice friendly 3 interviews asked normal questions chatted a bit just waiting on a call back. Friendly staff and communication is important to them which I am glad about.
Went in for my first interview with one person then second with another and waiting on my third.
