I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PetSmart (Loveland, CO) in July 2015
Interview
There were two interviews. During the first one, it seemed more like a conversation than an interview. Then the second interview was kind of a summary of the first one. Then I got paperwork for a pee test. The management was very nice and my first impression was that they were very friendly and easy to talk to. I prepared for the hardest questions, but they weren't asked... (for example, what's one of your weaknesses? I had an answer but it wasn't asked.) My advice would be to just act like you're having a conversation and be yourself.
Called me into the store and asked basic questions about what I'd be comfortable doing and hours that I would want to work. Very simple overall. Got a call back a few days later
Very disorganized in the beginning but I finally got in touch with the right person and the remainder of the process was seamlless. They were willing to take a chance on me and I really appreciated that
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at PetSmart (Plant City, FL)
Interview
Short and sweet. Offered job same or next day. Single interview and consisted of easy to answer questions and was with 2 managers, at the same time. Job was amazing! I only left due to a major car accident that caused a horrible back surgery.
