Process is very straightforward. Interview with management on location which then becomes an offer or not on site immediately after the interview. Will ask willingness to learn certain roles as well.

Walking around the store, answering a variety of questions regarding experience with stocking, as well as gauging upselling and customer service abilities. Very basic interview, although the position did not require a more in-depth interview process.

What was a time you had to work with a team to accomplish a specific goal?
A few questions about my experience and ability to unload truck palettes. The assistant manager was wonderful and showed me around a bit, didn’t make me feel nervous, and actively listened.
