Quick with great communication, fairly relaxed and easy. Eager to hire someone that is familiar with both customer service and a friend to animals. Application initially submitted online, was scheduled for phone screening and then one on one interview- offered job at interview. Drug screening necessary for hiring.
Short and to the point in terms of how you handle situations and customers. Offer guidance in what they are looking for. Prior experience is not necessary but will always help.
It was a pretty retail interview experience. They talked about what working with pets and animals would be like and how to handle that, and also just things about retail in general.

Nice friendly 3 interviews asked normal questions chatted a bit just waiting on a call back. Friendly staff and communication is important to them which I am glad about.
Went in for my first interview with one person then second with another and waiting on my third.
