I had one interview with the store manager. He walked me around the store as he was holding the interview. Along the way he greeted every customer he encountered, and if they needed help, he gave immediate assistance.

Interview
The hiring process can be a little daunting for management. I was moving from out of town at the same time and had to come to the area for 3 separate interviews with different store managers, and also did 2 phone interviews with a District Manager and a Coordinator. Most of the interview questions were pretty standard. There is a definite focus on passion for pets and on customer focus. While owning pets isn't strictly required, not having pets is definitely going to make the interview process more difficult to get through.
