You are asked questions and are to record your answers live. It uses an app called icims or something of the sort. You get one chance per question and cannot rerecord

Interview
The entire process was great! Not stressful at all. If you have a decent amount of programming experience you should be set. There was first a behavioral video interview. It was pretty standard. Afterwards, I had 3 technical interviews. None of them were too bad.
