the first part, the daycamp manager asked about my experience with dogs and how i would handle/react to certain situations when dealing with dogs inside decamp. the second part was with the general managers and was more sales orientated and how i would approach pet parents and sale them more.

what is the proper way of approaching a dog?
if a pet parent comes in saying she is having issues controlling his/her dog how would you handle it?
