      Cash Register Interview

      1 Mar 2011
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Declined offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

The process took 1 day. I interviewed at PetSmart in July 2010

      Interview

During the interview, they asked me about personal experiences with pets. In addition, they pay close attention to see if I was lying or not. It is because everyone can say they love animals and etc. But they want people that are knowledgeable about pets. Also, they ask questions like "if I see a puddle of urine from an animal in the middle of the store, and there was a customer in need, who would I help first?" And of course, it would be the customer, because customers is always right.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

What would you prioritize first? Helping a customer in need or cleaning a puddle of urine in the middle of the store?
