I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at PetSmart (Portland, OR) in July 2014
Interview
First interview went great, sat down and the manager asked me about work history (had none) as well as how I worked with dogs. Then afterwards, they invited me for a second interview where I had to "sell" her a can of soda. It was fairly easy, just needed to be polite and informational. Then I had to take a drug test, which took a few days, and finally I was called back and hired.
I recently attended a job interview and had a generally positive experience. The interview process was well organized, and the interviewer was professional and polite. The questions were clear and relevant to the position. The atmosphere felt respectful, although slightly formal. Overall, it was a valuable experience that allowed me to better understand the role and expectations.
Not great claimed I showed up late even though we spoke the night before and I put it immediately in my phone. I’m on time to everything. Interview was not enagaging, and they didn’t seem interested in interviewing.
Interview process was simple and straightforward. I was informed I would be working with large dogs that required me to donalotmof bending and picking up. I was offered the position during the interview.
