Peter-Lacke interview questions

I was interviewed at Michigan, USA for the technical chemist post. The interview was in person. At first, I got an invitation through email. Then I accepted the invitation. It took one hour. There were 2 people were present- technical manager, chief chemist. To be honest, the questions were all technical not a single behavioral one which really shocks me. Mostly, the chemist was asking question. He asked me different theoretical question related to coating and color care. Then he handed me a paper with 5 questions to solve. That was quite hard. But he helped me to understand then I was able to answer. After one week, I was told that I do not have enough experience.
