The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Petrofac (Kuala Lumpur)
Interview
Interview by lead/senior engineer. Very technical. Start with paper test about engineering concept. Then the interviewer will discuss about your answer and need to explain/justify your answer. Try to explain in a way that shows you understand the concept. It's okay if don't know just be honest and show that you are willing to learn. They want to see your ability to explain and communicate clearly also.
Then some questions about CV (past projects/experience). Very little (if any) behavioral questions.
