Interview
I applied for the role in mid-March. I heard back from a recruiter a week and a half later, nearing the end of March. I set up a 30-minute screening call with her that week, which was a video interview. I was asked basic questions such as my experience with collaborating across teams, keeping up with current news, and communicating data to people. The recruiter was friendly and nice! She told me she would be out of office the following week so I likely would not hear back until the week after (early April). By the middle of the week, I decide to reach out to her only to get a rejection email stating that they already moved forward with other candidates. A bit unfortunate that it might have taken me bumping my previous email for her to remember me and to not ghost me. I will say that my application status never updated on Workday, so I think it would be best to reach out to your recruiter for updates.

Interview
Really straight forward , interviewed with a few members of the team I would eventually work with. They ask you to speak directly to things you mention in your cover letter, so be able to speak in depth on your own experience.
