Pros

Good benefits, mission (for now) and smart coworkers

Cons

Long-term employees keep leaving solely over inflexibility on remote work. Big cultural changes related to more involvement from parent organization, and a bit of chill on some research due to political environment. Communication from upper levels of management used to feel a lot more open, now is almost non-existent. Little interest in feedback or opinions from staff.
