They have a two-round interview process. On the same day as the video interview, I received the data they provided. The next round required me to process and analyze the data, followed by a presentation two days later.
The recruiter didn’t provide any guidance or explain the focus of the presentation, nor did they share any relevant information about the data. They just gave me the data and expected a presentation. Even when I asked, I couldn’t get any detailed responses (the recruiter didn’t seem to know either). The data included variables related to their internal business, which candidates couldn’t possibly understand. Therefore, you need to spend time interpreting it and fixing numerous non-technical errors. On the day of the presentation, I gave a roughly 10-minute report.
In the end, I didn’t receive any results or feedback, despite being asked to do a significant amount of work. This shows a lack of respect for candidates.
