The interview process involved two key stages: Initial Cognitive Interview with the CEO: To kick things off, I had a cognitive interview with the CEO. This initial discussion allowed me to share my qualifications and experiences. Team Interview with Presentation: Following the first interview, I had the opportunity to meet the rest of the team. During this phase, I was able to present a past project from my portfolio. This gave me a chance to showcase my skills and expertise to the team. I found the interview process to be quick and efficient, making the experience very straightforward. Moreover, the environment was exceptionally welcoming and friendly, which made it easier for me to engage in meaningful conversations with the team and demonstrate my capabilities.
