I was a long process that is composed of Initial Interview by a staff. Next is the Exam that is composed of first, the General exam, next will be the Psychological exam. After you passed the exam. They will schedule you to a Panel Interview. After that, they will pass it the respective division of your choice.

They asked me where I would like to work (Main lab, respiratory, etc). Then they told me that they are only offering positions that are open as of the moment.

Initial Exam was conducted in the morning at 8 am and followed by the Initial Interview in the afternoon. Questions were basic and can be easily answered. The interviewer was very friendly. She asked how did the exam went to lighten up the mood.

it was a very long process and It took 3 exams and 3 interview session and 1 final interview by the heads of the department.
my application almost took 1 year before the hr called. Also it depends on the availability of the item position which is needs to be filled.
