Video recorded answers to prompts for initial screening interview followed by a lengthy in person panel interview with hiring managers and team. Communication was great leading up to interview but was non existent following in person meeting.

where did I see my career path going and how does that role help facilitate those goals.
I was given the opportunity to interview online. It was a one way video interview that I was excited to perform. Once I was finished I was ghosted and received no feedback as to whether I was being considered further or not.
