Multiple interviews with leadership team and Director level employees. Was not a fan of the relocation process after I secured the job offer. They would not confirm the amount I would be given to move until I accepted the job.

Targeted Selection. "Tell me about a time" questions that focus on results, communication, teamwork, adaption, etc.

Interview
Applied online, received an invitation for a digital interview where I was video recorded answering screening questions. A few days after completing the digital interview, the hiring manager reached out to me for an in-person interview at the HQ. It was a one-on-one behavioral interview. I was informed of the decision a week later.
