I interviewed at my college career fair, it was with two people and was mostly behavioral questions. I thought it went really well, but got rejected a few weeks later. A few weeks after that, I got a phone call from a different location looking for a phone interview. The questions were similar, although a bit more focused on coursework and work experience. Got accepted a week later.
