Interview
After applying, I was interviewed by two people (one at a time). They both asked me strictly behavioral questions. I used the STAR method for each question which I suppose worked because I got the job. I was offered the position within a month after the interview. I heard that if you did not receive an offer that you will not hear back from them at all.

Friend told me about the opening. Briefly interview with three people in person. I received the job offer after interview and drug test. The external posting came later but already started working there.
