The interview was pretty straight-forward in a one-on-one setting. I was asked about my background and resume followed by specific questions relating to solving complex problems, working in a team, and resolving conflict. I had ample time to respond with questions involving the position, what Phillips 66 was looking for in candidates, as well as the interviewers history with the company. He was very courteous and I could tell he represented the company and its personal interests well.
