Interview
Really just arranging your schedule and start you off as a student volunteer. Depend on your job performance then decide which way to go. The interview was very easy because they want to give all candidates who showed interest to be able to have a starting point in this career. However, you have to prove them your competency to be hired as a formal employee. Some people might take longer to get paid.
