Phoenix Media interview questions

It was a joke. The person interviewing me did not have things in order, did not know how to conduct an interview and was more concerned with herself than finding out more about what I have done. I guess she should avoid the ' text book ' HR questions and know more about the position.

Applied on the website and got a call in a week. I went for the interview and got an offer couple days after the interview. Followed up with the HR for background check and so on. I was able to start in 2 weeks after the interview.
