The team is very pleasant to interview with and is more than willing to take the time to review and discuss the problem with you during the interview. It was more of a conversation than an imposing interview.

Question 1
Question was about factories in object oriented programming.
Pre interview effort ... required an assessment including video upload that had to be submitted in a very short timeframe. All good as perhaps they evaluate how quick you can react, but then nothing. Silence. Not even a standard rejection email. Wonder how they treat employees???
