Interview
I had a 20-minute screening call with a recruiter and then a 30-minute interview with the hiring manager. I thought both went well as this exact job I was doing in my previous position, but I've heard absolutely nothing from the recruiter as to if I'm moving forward. No follow-up at all. It'd be great to know why candidates aren't moving forward to help in their job search.
Quite chaotic but overall good treatment: the hiring manager was responsive and during the months it took she was keeping updates about the process until they decided to put it on standby
Very good communication during the process. Also, the whole process didn't take long. Interesting take home and live exercises. Provided good feedback at the end on why I was rejected and areas to improve.
